- whether the issue is related to a shared invite link, copied invite link, QR code, or invite code
- the device, operating system, and app version if known

Tips for invite issues
If you are having trouble redeeming an invite, please include:
- whether you used an invite link or a compact code
- whether you opened the invite from a shared link, a copied link, or by scanning a QR code
- whether a school preview screen loaded before the join attempt
- whether the invite may already be expired
- whether the issue happened immediately or after a delay
- whether you saw a message such as invalid invite, invite expired, or login required
If an invite has expired or was revoked, the fastest solution is usually to ask the admin to generate a new one. If a school invite does not load a preview or cannot be redeemed, ask the school manager to create and share a fresh school invite link. If the issue is about group membership after joining the school, mention the school name and the target group name in your support request.

We aim to reply as quickly as possible. Response times may vary depending on request volume, weekends, holidays, and whether the issue requires deeper technical analysis.
