What to include in your message
The following details are especially helpful:
- a short summary of the problem or question

- what you expected to happen
- what actually happened instead
- whether the issue is related to a shared invite link, copied invite link, QR code, or invite code
- the device, operating system, and app version if known
- screenshots, error text, or reproduction steps if available

Premium
- buying Premium (a one-time purchase that unlocks the full feature set)

AI features
- the AI dog insight: a short, on-demand AI-written summary of a dog’s training progress (a Premium feature)
- automatic exercise translations: when an exercise is made public, its name and description are translated into the app languages automatically
- understanding the “AI output can be inaccurate” notice: AI-generated text and translations are meant as a helpful starting point and should be reviewed, not relied on as exact records
Announcements and notifications
- announcements published by managers (targeted at the whole school, a group, or a single training) that appear on the Home feed
- push notifications for announcements, new chat messages, and training updates, and how to enable or troubleshoot them
Training reviews and ratings
- the post-training review wizard, including the per-exercise and per-dog rating steps
- review aggregates that managers can see across a training
- review reminders and missing or unexpected review prompts
Progress and weekly report
- the Progress screen with training analytics (a Premium feature)
- generating and sharing the weekly PDF report (a Premium feature)
Chats and chat archive
- direct and group conversations in the Chat tab
- archived conversations, which are kept for about one year before being removed
Tips for invite issues
If you are having trouble redeeming an invite, please include:
- whether you used an invite link or a compact code
- whether you opened the invite from a shared link, a copied link, or by scanning a QR code
- whether a school preview screen loaded before the join attempt
- whether the invite may already be expired
- whether the issue happened immediately or after a delay
- whether you saw a message such as invalid invite, invite expired, or login required
If an invite has expired or was revoked, the fastest solution is usually to ask the admin to generate a new one. If a school invite does not load a preview or cannot be redeemed, ask the school manager to create and share a fresh school invite link. If the issue is about group membership after joining the school, mention the school name and the target group name in your support request.
Response times
We aim to reply as quickly as possible. Response times may vary depending on request volume, weekends, holidays, and whether the issue requires deeper technical analysis.

Please note that DogPilot relies on a live Firebase backend. On unsupported or unconfigured platforms, some features may show backend-unavailable states.

We use the information you send us only to process your request, improve support quality, and document recurring technical issues where necessary. Please send only the personal data that is actually needed for clarification.
